Pet urine, blood, food and drink spills (coffee, wine, juice), grease, sweat, and general soiling. We use the appropriate solution for each stain type. Old or deeply set stains may not fully come out — we assess honestly before starting.
We use enzyme-based treatments that break down the organic compounds causing pet odor. For surface-level odors, results are typically excellent. For deeply embedded urine, improvement is significant — complete elimination depends on how deep it has penetrated.
We tell you before we start. If a stain is likely permanent, we say so upfront rather than clean and charge for a result that isn't achievable.
Our guarantee covers workmanship — missed areas and incomplete cleaning steps. It doesn't guarantee complete stain or odor removal, since results depend on factors outside our control. We always set expectations first.
Minimum visit charge is $150. Stain and odor treatment is typically included in a full cleaning service, not charged separately. We confirm all pricing before starting.
